Those people generally end up getting cosmetic surgery in the end to rid them selves of the excess skin. Those extremes are not necessary if you diet and exercise the correct way.

Low fat diets are still on the top of medical professionals all over. It is a healthy eating plan that incorporates proper eating with exercise to help you get where you want to be.
