Sure, people are drawn into those fad diets that claim to help them loose weight fast but what they do not tell you is that when you loose the weight fast your body doesn't have time to adjust and tone up the excess skin.

Those people generally end up getting cosmetic surgery in the end to rid them selves of the excess skin. Those extremes are not necessary if you diet and exercise the correct way.

Don't get stuck in the yo-yo dieting or the fad diets as you will only end up suffering in the end. Practicing good eating habits and exercising is the best way to go.
