After enjoying lots of tasty and yummy food, we realize that we need to lose our belly fat and become slim and fit. a.       Squats: Daily at least 2-3 sets of squats with 20 squats, reduces the fats of our thighs and buttocks

b.       Pushups: Do 2 sets of 10 pushups to build your upper body strength and burn the calories

c.       Stepping: To reduce the overall weight of the body, do 2-3 steps of stepping with 30 steps in each set daily

There are few weight loss exercises which are easy to do and you can do it in your building campus:-

a.       Swimming: Daily 30 minutes of swimming helps us in reducing the overall weight of the body and it makes us fit and healthy

b.       Walking: You could try 40 minutes of Walking in the morning or evening everyday for speeding up your body’s metabolism

c.       Running: Running everyday on an average of 7 minutes per mile helps us in burning the carbohydrates

Apart from all these weight loss exercises, following are few points that we should keep in our mind:-

a.       Keep count of how many calories you take in a normal day, and try to reduce it from next day.

b.       Try to eat consciously and slowly, taking 5-6 small meals a day

c.       Try to keep yourself physically active throughout the day

Things to be avoided strictly when you are doing weight loss exercises:-

a.       Avoid intake of Alcohol

b.       Avoid taking more sweet items

c.       Avoid the intake of carbohydrates

While undergoing weight loss exercises program, you should make few changes in their diets:

a.       Reduce your salt intake.

b.       Increase your Water consumption

c.       Eat lots of Green vegetables, fruits and fruit juices.

I would like to say one thing, it is not enough to know which weight loss exercises to do and what food intakes you should take. You need to do all these exercises sincerely and on a daily basis, to get that attractive and fit body. You need to make sure that you are always motivated to do the exercises. You should not drop out the plan of exercising at any cost.

In order to stay motivated, you also need to set up goals. Weight loss exercises could be done effectively after setting up daily goals, weekly goals, and monthly goals and try to stick to it at your best. You also reward yourself after every inch you lose by buying something new for yourself. This helps you to get motivated and burn those extra calories.
