·         Also maintain Weight loss diets. Instead of taking coke in the afternoon, drink a glass of water. Drinking water makes you feel full and eat less and is a good appetite suppressant. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day.

I tried losing weight and exercising, and I could almost get to where I wanted to be, but never quite made it. I am thinking about doing the rest with surgery, like a tummy tuck kind of thing. I don't think it would have to be that drastic. I think it would finally get me the body I want.
