Third step is to eat mindfully. Unmindful eating often leads to over eating. You should keep a stock of fresh snacks in your refrigerator. Whenever you are hungry, eat carrot sticks instead of chips. It may take some practice but will always help you to achieve your weight loss goals and stay healthy.

Fourth important thing is strive in your weight loss goals. It is an on-going process and will take time to show good results. Most importantly understand that it is about your life which will shape up due to your eating habits.
