If plain water is tasteless just add a shot of lemon and a pinch of salt. If you cannot refrain from aerated drinks, add plain soda to the above drink.

 

Note that with this kind of healthy weight loss, you cannot lose your extra pounds overnight or in a specific period of time. It is a gradual process but at the same time it is a natural and permanent way of losing your extra weight.
